On- and Off-Campus Housing

On- or off-campus, we can offer your group a variety of housing options. We can connect you with area hotels for events during the academic year. From the start of June through mid-August, your conference guests can stay in University residence halls right on Cornell’s scenic campus.

On-Campus Accommodations

Each year, we accommodate over 12,000 guests in our residence halls from Commencement and Reunion to long-term summer programs and conferences. Guests can stay in a range of residence halls throughout campus. We offer single and double rooms, suites, and townhouse apartments based on your group type. Our rates are determined based on length of stay and housekeeping level – contact us for our current room rates. Amenities include:

  • Twin-sized beds (no doubles, queens, or kings) and most bathrooms are shared
  • Kitchen and laundry facilities in every building
  • Wi-Fi Internet access
  • Convenient parking
  • Walking distance to a variety of world-class Cornell Dining Eateries
  • Accessibility to a range of athletic facilities, including two gyms, fitness classes, and a swimming pool
  • Various levels of housekeeping service

*Bedding and towels are provided for each conference guest staying in campus housing.

Conference Level

Every bed for each attendee will be made upon arrival with a mattress pad, sheets, blanket, bedspread, pillow, and pillowcase. Three towels, three facecloths, soap, a drinking cup, and clothes hangers will be provided. Linen exchange and Trash Removal is available Monday through Friday as needed. External common areas will be cleaned daily. External Restrooms will be cleaned and restocked three times per week. Internal restrooms and common areas are cleaned and restocked once a week.

Summer Program Level

Every bed for each attendee will have a linen packet with a mattress pad, sheets, blanket, bedspread, pillow, and pillowcase. Two towels and one facecloth will also be provided. External common areas will be cleaned daily. External Restrooms will be cleaned and restocked three times per week. Internal restrooms and common areas are cleaned and restocked once a week. Attendees are responsible for their own laundry and trash removal.

Hotels

If your event is held during the academic year, or you're looking for off-campus accommodations, we can assist in coordinating room blocks at local hotels and inns within a short drive to campus. Please contact us for referrals.
