Hosting events on the Ithaca Campus, you are able to take advantage of the Service Center and Concierge Services. - Compliance with Laws, Policies, and Permits
You, the Client, shall comply with the requirements of all applicable laws, orders, regulations of federal, state, county and municipal authorities (including, without limitation, occupancy limits) and with applicable University policies. - Insurance Requirements
To host a conference on the Cornell campus, you, the client, must obtain specific insurance. - Children and Youth Safety Program Requirements
If your event will include individuals under the age of 18 who are unaccompanied by a parent or legal guardian, you, the client, will be responsible for complying with Cornell University Policy 8.8 (Children and Youth Safety Programs at Cornell University) and additional contract terms may apply.
