Pricing

We offer a flexible, à la carte pricing model to build the perfect package for your event. Our services are designed to be both powerful and cost-effective.

Registration: $5.00 per person

Includes a custom-built registration webpage, secure payment processing, automated confirmations, and all standard reporting.

On-Arrival Check-In App: $1.00 per person

Ensure a smooth, professional, and paperless welcome. Our team uses Cvent's mobile app to quickly check in guests, and process on-site payments.
Attendee Hub: A central hub for your event. This virtual platform allows attendees to view the agenda, access session materials, network with other guests, and receive real-time event updates.

Attendee Hub: $1.00 per person

Our one-stop shop service extends beyond the online setup. Our team can also manage all your physical registration needs, including:

  • On-site staffing for check-in and hospitality tables
  • Professional name badge and lanyard printing
  • Managing walk-in registrations and payments

Cornell Dining’s annual Skills Development Conference for our staff members is a complex, three-day program serving nearly 200 employees. It features 32 unique courses, repeated across 171 scheduled sessions. In the past, we relied on various scheduling methods, including makeshift solutions, like surveys, which were not designed for this level of complexity. After the Conference and Event Services team designed the registration, staff could easily sign up through a simple web link. I could track session registrations in real time, allowing me to adjust schedules, inform attendees, and provide check-in sheets for presenters.
