Our comprehensive planning and management services allow us to be your single point of contact for all locations and resources you need on Cornell’s campus. We know that no two events are alike and will give you customized support to meet your specific budget and needs.
As part of our standard services, we can:
- Build a customized event plan tailored to your budget and objectives
- Manage a detailed planning calendar and checklist
- Manage all aspects of guest registration - either online with a customized registration webpage, or onsite with staff support to check-in guests and accept payments
- Produce conference materials: invitations, nametags, signage, swag, and memorabilia
- Arrange on-campus housing, dining, catering, and locations
- Coordinate technology/audiovisual resources and support; including hybrid events
- Provide on-site staff to respond to last-minute needs and special requests
- Coordinate local excursions such as wine tours, waterfall tours, or Cornell Orchard tours
- Draft talent contracts consistent with University policy
- Secure insurance, contracts, and University use-of-property and departmental approvals
- Set up a University account, process payments, deposit receipts, and reconcile final accounting
- Make reservations for transportation, hotel accommodations, dining at area restaurants, facility rentals, and off-campus recreational events
