Compliance with Laws, Policies, and Permits

You, the Client, shall comply with the requirements of all applicable laws, orders, regulations of federal, state, county and municipal authorities (including, without limitation, occupancy limits) and with applicable University policies.  

Client shall be solely responsible, at its own expense, to obtain any necessary permits required for its Event.
