Classic Catering - Beverages and Bar Service

Beverages available with a catered event service, 18% service charge applies. Alcohol service requires a NYS StateLiquor Permit ($60), with a 15-day minimum application deadline. 5 drink maximum per guest on all events.

  • Regular or Decaf Coffee - $20.20
  • Hot Tea Assortment - $10.25
  • Hot water w/ Cocoa Packets - $10.25

  • Iced Tea and Lemonade - $14.25
  • Warm or Cold Apple Cider (Seasonal) - $14.25

BOTTLES & CANS

  • Bottled Water - $2.00
  • Assorted Soda and Bubbly Selzer - $2.00
  • Individual Juice $2.00
  • Individual Milk or Chocolate Milk - $2.25

INFUSED SPA WATER

Minimum 3 gallons, $9.25 per gallon

MOCKTAILS

Minimum 3 gallons, $15.25 per gallon

  • Ginger Apple Spritz - Apple juice, ginger syrup, finished with club soda
  • Mango Margarita - Iced tea, lemonade, oak syrup, lime juice and club soda
  • Apple Moscow Mule - Apple juice, ginger beer, lemonade, garnished with lime

BAR SERVICE

  • Per Person Flat rate, billed per person and per hour - covers all beverage consumption
  • Pay per drink guests pay for their own beverages
  • Drink tickets $8-12, based on wines
    Redeemable for one standard beverage
  • Wristbands $100, numbered to track consumption, bartender hole punches for each drink, 5 drink max

  • 2-hour $12 / $15 / $18

$20 per hour, per bartender needed
