Accommodations

From the beginning of June through mid-August, your conference guests can stay in University housing right on Cornell’s scenic campus. Benefits include:

Accommodations

  • Choose from a range of architectural settings, from brand-new buildings to ivy-covered Gothic halls
  • Single rooms, double rooms, suites, and townhouse apartments are available, including air-conditioned rooms
  • Beds are twin sized (no doubles, queens, or kings), and most bathrooms are shared; kitchen and laundry facilities exist in every building
  • All rooms have Internet access
  • Convenient parking
  • Special needs accommodations available upon request

Housekeeping Services

Bedding and towels are provided for each conference guest staying in campus housing.

Basic Service: Common areas (bathrooms and lounges) are cleaned daily. Housekeeping staff will not enter guest rooms during their stay.

Conference Level Service: Guest rooms are cleaned daily, with beds made fresh, and clean towels provided, in addition to common areas (bathrooms and lounges).

Hotels

If your event is held during the academic year, or you're looking for off-campus accommodations, we can assist in coordinating room blocks at local hotels and inns within a short drive to campus. Please contact us for referrals.

Cornell's acclaimed Statler Hotel, located on campus and part of the University's world-famous School of Hotel Administration, is also a popular option.
